Our business is structured in a way to promote the right people into team leadership positions and we find that the fit-out factory is best suited to experienced sailors who work on custom fit-outs that many of our customers request.

Fitout Team Leader (Oct 2025) - We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Team Leader to manage workflow, oversee final fit-out and detailing of boats, and help deliver our high-performance racing yachts.
