We are always interested to hear from experienced polyester and epoxy boatbuilders or keen sailors who might want to join our team if the opportunity arose.

Our composite factory is broken into separate areas and teams for polyester and epoxy boats and components.

The fit-out factory is best suited to experienced sailors who can help with the custom fit-outs many of our customers request.

Fit-out assistant:

The job involves:

• final fit-out of hulls.
• assembly of components 
• final gelcoat detailing.
•  some fibreglass repair work.

The job ideally suits someone with experience and knowledge in small boats, but someone with the associated skills would be able to learn the role.
